PROGRAMMES
Through its 40 language programmes and with the contribution of its two hundred journalists, (mostly lay people from 61 different Countries), Vatican Radio offers news on the Catholic Church, with a special attention to the activities of the Pope and the Holy See, in-depth analysis on moral and religious issues in line with the Church’s teachings, live reports and musical entertainment. With the help of its foreign correspondents, each Language Section is able to present updated news and interviews in different languages not only with the protagonists of major events, but also with ordinary people living their day-to-day life.
Vatican Radio also has an FM channel (see One-O-Five), that offers news, music and in-depth analysis on religious and social issues.
